As the founder, Evan Pobuta oversees all aspects of client growth, from business ventures to philanthropic initiatives. Having negotiated over $8 million in talent and NIL deals and raising more than $1.2 million for charitable causes, Evan ensures every opportunity aligns with clients’ professional goals and personal values. An NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, he combines deep industry expertise with a results-driven approach to deliver opportunities that are both meaningful and innovative.

Prior to launching Vienna, Evan had spent three years at Wasserman (2021–2024), where he played a key role in developing athlete partnerships, brand collaborations, and client services. His experience also includes roles at Publicis Media and VaynerX, as well as founding Summit Sports & Entertainment - experiences that shaped his reputation as a trusted partner for athletes seeking to expand their influence and legacy both on and off of the field.

With more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, John Waller brings a proven track record of building brands, driving growth, and forging meaningful partnerships across technology, CPG, and sports. Before joining Vienna Talent, he served as Partner and EVP of Business Development at IFA (2022–2025) and co-founded Humble Nut Butter, where he helped scale the brand from launch through 2024. John’s passion for mentorship and community has also been recognized through his induction into the Big Brothers Big Sisters Hall of Fame in 2023.

At Vienna Talent, John plays a key role not only in leading strategic partnerships but also in supporting business operations, ensuring the company is positioned for long-term growth and impact. His diverse background and entrepreneurial mindset make him a vital part of Vienna’s mission to elevate talent and partners alike.

Manager, Partnerships & Social Impact

At the intersection of sports, philanthropy, and community, Kian Heiat has spent the past several years helping athletes and organizations create meaningful impact. He has helped raise over $5 million to support cancer and mental health research and founded MindMoves, a mental health curriculum designed to provide resources and education that empower individuals to prioritize their well-being. Earlier in his career, he spent four years in operations and community engagement with the Los Angeles Rams while completing his master’s in Communications and Nonprofit Management at Johns Hopkins University.

At Vienna Talent, Kian applies his expertise in client relations, talent recruitment, and business development to build purpose-driven brand partnerships and initiatives. His focus on creating collaborations that extend beyond business ensures talent and partners can amplify their platforms while making a measurable difference in their communities.
